Our Care Process

Our Care process is person-centered. Here are the reasons we employ this method:

Valuing people
Treating our clients with dignity and respect by being aware of and supporting personal perspectives, values, beliefs and preferences. Listening to each other and working in partnership to design and deliver services.

Autonomy
The provision of choice and subsequent respect for choices made. Balancing rights, risks and responsibilities. Optimising our client's control through the sharing of power and decision-making. Maximising independence by building on their individual strengths, interest and abilities

Life experience
Supporting the sense of self by understanding the importance of our client's past, their present-day experience, and their hopes for the future.

Understanding relationships
Collaborative relationships between Sanatoré and our clients and their parents/carers and between staffing levels. Social connectedness through the local community through opportunities to engage in meaningful activities.

Environment
Organisational values underpinned by person-centred principles. Responsive support that is responsive to individual needs. A planned, organisation-wide effort to individual and organisational learning.

Care Process Stages

At Sanatoré, Our clients are treated with dignity, compassion and respect. The care we provide is personalized, coordinated and enabling. We make everything as simple as possible, and this begins with our process.

Step 1
The beginning (who we are and how we can help)

Before anything commences, we provide you with accessible, trustworthy information on our service and what we are all about so you can make an informed decision (this website is a part of that.) We support people with Special Needs

Step 2
We will arrange a visit with you and your loved one, and carry out a thorough assessment (including any risk factors and/or concerns you may have.) After this assessment, we will prepare an initial care plan that is specifically tailored to you and your loved one's precise needs.


Step 3
We will listen as you and review our Support plan after which we will discuss any issues or concerns, and tailor everything to meet your needs

Step 4
We will identify and assign a team of trained support workers to carry out the care plan we developed together. Our staff are exceptional in every way, and you can be confident in their expertise and service.

Step 5
We will arrange for you to meet the Support worker assigned to you.

Step 6
With your permission we will arrange a date for our services to start.
